Business / Commercial Use:
For business or commercial use (ie on a professional/business website, the published digital or printed media, etc.).
Notes on Copyright:
At all times, copyright is still maintained by Jason Parlour Photography. However, limited rights can be purchased for some types of commercial use.
Images may not be resold, or used on other websites not authorised at the time of purchase. Any breach of this will result in action being taken against all parties involved, at a minimum of £500+VAT per copyright breach.

How to purchase:
- Please contact us with details on:
- The basic details of the event location and date.
- Which image numbers you'd like to purchase (ie IMG_1234) (or a URL location of the image you've seen if you can't seen an image number)
- You can then make your payment via PayPal using the options below. Or for larger orders, we can send you an invoice directly.
- Once the payment has cleared for the full amount, we can normally get these images out to you via email within a couple of working days.
- Images are supplied digitally without the central © watermark, but with a small 'photography by Jason Parlour' signature at the base right of each image (unless used for website design). If you wish to crop the image or use the image without the signature watermark, photo credits must still be made to 'Photography by JasonParlour.com' in an appropriate place. Please contact us to discuss.
Digital images from previous events we've attended:
Limited usage on a commercial/business blog or profile, etc.
£2 per image - If you'd like to purchase limited rights to reproduce images by Jason Parlour, on your own website blog or similar (or your business profile on places like Facebook or Myspace), these are just £2 per image at low resolution (ie up to 1024pixels maximum width or height).
This is generally classed as for news / reporting (ie "here's a photo of me at an event"), and is therefore not to directly promote your services by way of commercial interests (ie "all the people in this photo endorse my product"), nor are these priced photos to be used as part of your direct marketing (on flyers, leaflets, business cards, etc.)
If you wish to purchase images from multiple events, please add your image numbers for one event at a time, and then click 'add to cart'. You can then return back to this page, to add the second and third event, etc. as applicable.
Forming a small feature on your website as part of the design, to help promote your services:
£10 per image - In this case, all people featured within the photo must have authorised it's commercial use for the promotion of commercial products or services.
These types of images would typically form part of the page design, and either form an integral part of the layout (ie forming part of the page header design), or an aspect of the page for marketing (ie photos of people in a call centre on the 'contact us' page would be relevant, even if it was only a small image on the page)
If it is only yourself in the photo, that's normally fine (as long as not trademarks or logos are included). Digital higher resolution images can then be purchased as indicated, normally up to a maximum width or height of 1024 pixels.
If there are other people featured in the image, we must gain written permission from them first, and there will be a cost incurred in gaining these 'model releases'. Please contact us for more information on this.
Forming part of your website design / branding:
If you wish to use our images as an integral part of your website design or branding, or as part of your printed marketing materials (ie leaflets, training manuals, brochures, etc.) please contact us with the requested information as indicated above, and we can get details of the costs over to you.
It's likely to be around £10-£15 per image (depending on the resolution, up to around 3888 pixels wide/high), but again, if there are other people within the photo, additional costs may be incurred in gaining model releases.
Printed images from previous events we've attended:
Poster prints for your studio / office / etc.
- 10x15cm (standard photo size, the old 6"x4") - £2 per photographic print
- A4 (up to 21cm x 29.7cm) - £10 per photographic print
- A3 (up to 29.7cm x 42cm) - £20 per photographic print
- A2 (up to 42cm x 60cm) - £50 per photographic print (there will also be a slight additional delay, as these can't be printed in-house).
- Specialist Paper Stock (ie specialist recycled paper, paper from bamboo, canvass prints, mounted canvass prints, framed images, etc.) - Reasonable Price on Application.
Please note: These are prints for single use, and may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, etc.
Images from dedicated commercial shoots:
These will normally be outlined to you, at the time of arranging your shoot. Please contact us for further details as required.
