Steps to Fix WiFi Calling:
- Check WiFi Calling is Enabled:
- Go to Settings > Connections > WiFi Calling (on Android) or Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling (on iPhone).
- Ensure that WiFi Calling is turned on.
- Restart Your Device:
- Restart your phone to refresh the connection and settings.
- Check Your WiFi Connection:
- Ensure your satellite WiFi connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth for calls.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your WiFi network.
Update Your Phone Software:
- Ensure your phone is running the latest software version:
- Android: Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Reset Network Settings:
- If the issue persists, reset your network settings:
- Android: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: This will reset your saved WiFi networks and passwords, so you’ll need to enter them again.
